This is how it should go. My favorite part was that everything went so smoothly and quickly. Good support, responds quickly. You submit all the documents and papers to them and they fix everything. Fully recommanded Royal Vacation arranged all the necessary paperwork needed to travel to Thailand, I purchased a sandbox package for Phuket , I didn’t have to worry about anything, I would highly recommend using them. Included in my package was Thailand Pass, covid insurance, transport from airport to Hotel (Grand Mercure in Phuket wa s extraordinary) for a week and, pcr test..
