Worth it This company deserves its 5 stars. Very responsive, helpful and flexible. I was able to book an all-in-one package easily. This company was also flexibel when mandatory quarantine rules were changed in the country I’m visiting. HIGHLY recommend!

Efficient friendly service Great service and eased the way through the Phuket Sandbox maze. Staff were also very patient with my follow-up emails, because the Thai Consulate in Dubai was very slow issuing the CoE’s.

Royal Vacation Bester Service Hallo Ich habe über die Webseite von Royal Vacation meinen Sandbox 7+7 in Phuket und Koh samui gebucht. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen Da mein Englisch nicht das beste ist , hätte ich ohne diese professionelle Hilfe es bestimmt nicht geschafft die ganzen Papiere zu beantragen. Ich brauchte jetzt nur meinen Reisepass , Impfpass und das Flugticket Royal Vacation per Mail zuschicken. Um den ganzen Rest haben die sich gekümmert . Besser geht es nicht mehr

Excellent customer service Excellent service I booked Hotel,Taxi and Covid tests with them. One note check the Covid test center is the one convenient for you. I wanted Phuket town centre not Kata they changed it within an hour.

Fast and friendly service! I would highly recommend using Royal Vacation to book your hotel and Covid tests for the Phuket Sandbox scheme. They were very quick to respond to my enquiries. After I booked my hotel and test, I received the confirmation and necessary certificates within a few hours. For peace or mind and fast service, I would definitely use them again and recommend others to do so!
