2. Business policy
2.1. Refund Policy
- A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
- Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
2.2. Return and Change Policy
- Amending the Service Date Can be applied in case it doesn’t go against the Cancellation Policy and the new date is Subject to availability based on the time of Booking
2.3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
Day Tours Cancellations
• From the day of booking until 5 days Before Service Starts, The amount can be fully refunded in case of Cancellation
• Between 5 Days and 48 Hours before the Service Starts, 50% of the entire Tour Price will be charged.
• In case of Cancellation less than 48 hours before the Service Time, The entire tour price will be charged
Multi Day Tours Cancellations
• From the day of booking until 7 days Before Service Starts, The amount can be fully refunded in case of Cancellation
• Between 5 Days and 48 Hours before the Service Starts, 50% of the entire Tour Price will be charged.
• In case of Cancellation less than 48 hours before the Service Time, The entire tour price will be charged
Transfers and Travel Services Cancellations
• From the day of booking until 5 days Before Service Starts, The amount can be fully refunded in case of Cancellation
• Between 5 Days and 48 Hours before the Service Starts, 50% of the entire service Price will be charged.
• In case of Cancellation less than 48 hours before the Service Time, The entire Service price will be charged
- Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
Hotel and Accommodation Bookings Cancellation
- In case of Cancellation 14 to 7 Days before Arrival, 10% of the Total amount will be charged
- In case of Cancellation less than 7 days to 48 Hours before arrival, 50% of the Total amount will be charged
- In case of Cancellation less than 48 Hours Before arrival, Full Amount will be non Refundable
2.4. Shipping/Delivery Policy
Pick up time and Location are indicated in the Tours Descriptions.
Transfers No Show Policy
Airport Transfers:
Maximum Driver waiting time at the Airport after Plane lands is 90 Minutes for International Flights and 60 minutes for Domestic flights in all The Destinations
Other Transfers:
Maximum Driver Waiting Time at the Pickup Location is 15 minutes
Day Tours No Show Policy
If Guest does not show up in the pick up location for 15 minutes after the pick up time, it will be considered as a Now Show and the Full amount will be Non refundable
