- He/ She Should be Holding the nationality or permanent residence of the country of application
- Doesn’t have medical record of contagious disease.

- Bank Statement of at least 800,000 THB in a Thai Bank (Around 27,000 USD)
- Income Certificate with a monthly income of not less than 65,000 (Around 2,200 USD)
- (Monthly Income x 12) + Deposit in a Thai bank Totaling not less than 800,000 THB (27,000 USD)

7. Passport with validity of not less than 18 months
8. 3 copies of completed visa application forms.
9. 3 passport-sized photos (4 x 6 cm) of the applicant taken within the past six months.

How to Apply for Thailand retirement Visa?
There are 2 ways to apply for retirement visa. The first one is to apply from overseas from the nearest Thai Embassy or consulate (The Visa is named Non Immigrant OA Retirement visa). And the other way is to apply when in Thailand by converting your Tourist visa or your visa exemption to Non O Visa and then to retirement Visa (More commonly used as it’s considered the easier way).Â

To apply for Thailand retirement visa from overseas, you will simply need to prepare all the documents required mentioned above, and Submit them to the nearest Thai Embassy or Thai Consulate.Â

The first step, you will need to convert your Tourist visa (or visa exemption, depending on how you Entered Thailand), to a Non O 90 days visa.
