Excellent service with fast responses Because I needed a sha+ certified hotel with pickup and test on arival for the tset and go, I came on the royal vacination site and booked a room. When they started to ask for all kind of documents ai first was a bot confused, probably I didn’t read well on the website. I was under the assumption that I have to arrange Thailandpass by myself but they arrange everything for you. Just in time before the application for test an go temporarily stopped at the 22ste of December. The employees responded very fast on every question. Even when there seemed to be a problem because my name on the insurance certificate didn’t match the one on my pasport. But this was also resolved and now I’m teady to fly in three days. Thank you beautiful people of Royal vacination. Keep up the good work!

Saved myself some stress… I was planning my Thailand trip to Phuket during a time when things were changing quite often and it was rather stressful. It was during the transition of COE to Thai Pass. I had most things organised and ready but to save myself some hassle I used Royal Vacation for a package deal in which they: Booked my 1 night SHA+ Hotel Arranged transport directly to the hotel from the airport Booked my PCR test for arrival to Phuket Airport Applied for my Thai Pass I simply sent them the additional documents they needed and then took care of the rest. Communication most of the time was great, and they successfully got my Thailand Pass to me a few days before I was due to leave for Thailand (they cut it a bit tight for my liking considering I sent all my documents to them 3-4 weeks before I was due to go, BUT I am aware they were processing A LOT of packages for people trying to get out to Thailand so I think they were just a bit overloaded. Regardless, everything went smoothly and I didn’t have any issues boarding the plane or getting to my hotel once I arrived. Can’t fault the service, and it was a very good price in my opinion. They also provide insurance on their package deal too, but you can opt out (which reduces the price) like I did if you already have insurance to cover you. (If you do opt out just make sure your insurance covers asymptomatic mandatory quarantine because if you test positive on your arrival PCR, you will be forced to stay in a Hospital for 10 days and you’ll need insurance to cover you for that, and some insurers do not cover you if you don’t need any medical treatment). Thanks Royal Vacation, will be enjoying Phuket for the next 2 months :)
