  This is how it should go.

We Used Royal Vacation to assist us with the Phuket Sandbox 
They handed everything for us, I didn’t have the time to do all the Thai pass and it was very easy to get them to handle everything 
I found them to be very professional and kept us updated with everything

Royal Vacation arranged all the necessary paperwork needed to travel to Thailand, I purchased a sandbox  package for Phuket , I didn't have to worry about anything, I would highly recommend using them. Included in my package was Thailand Pass, covid insurance, transport from airport to  Hotel (Grand Mercure in Phuket wa s extraordinary) for a week and, pcr test..

Thank you very much for your experience of helping me and the wife to return back to Thailand in this difficult time. Everything went smooth from start to finish before we left the Uk.
