Bangkok arrival and overnight

Arrive at the Airport in Bangkok where our driver and guide will be waiting for you to transfer to your Hotel in Bangkok and Check in.

Travel from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and Khantoke dinner
  • Enjoy breakfast at the Hotel in Bangkok and Check out
  • Pick up by our driver from the hotel lobby and proceed to the Airport to fly domestically to Chiang Mai.
  • Arrive at Chiang Mai International Airport and transfer to your Hotel in Chiang Mai.
  • In the evening, you will enjoy a wonderful experience by having a Khantoke dinner, a delightful cultural experience, where guests can enjoy a traditional Lanna Thai meal served on low wooden tables, accompanied by traditional music and dance performances.

Doi Suthep and City Tour
  • Breakfast at your Chiang Mai hotel.
  • Meet your designated driver and Guide for a tour of Doi Suthep, including a visit to the renowned Doi Suthep temple, a significant religious site in northern Thailand.
  • Explore the culture, norms, and values of the Hmong Hilltribe Village, and peruse locally handcrafted products and souvenirs.
  • Savor a delightful lunch at a local restaurant.
  • Continue your Chiang Mai adventure with a city tour encompassing key highlights: the ancient city walls, moat, Tha Phae gate, the Three Kings Monument, and the Wat Chedi Luang temple, among other intriguing locations.
  • Conclude your exploration by immersing yourself in one of Chiang Mai's local markets, where you can observe locals selling street food and a variety of remarkable souvenirs and handicraft products.
  • Return to your hotel and enjoy free time in the evening.

  • 8:30 am - Hotel pickup with a quick stop at a local market en route
  • 10:30 am - Arrival at the Elephant Freedom village
  • 10:45 am - Introduction Presentation
  • 11:15 am - Engage with elephants by feeding them at the feeding barrier
  • 1:30 pm - Enjoy a forest lunch
  • 2:15 pm - Continue elephant interaction with a visit to the waterfall and a trekking experience
  • 3:00 pm - Relish some snacks back at the camp
  • 3:30 pm - Explore optional activities, typically including a village tour and savoring local coffee in a 150-year-old garden
  • 4:00 - 5:00 pm - Depart from Elephant Freedom village
  • 6:00 - 7:00 pm - Return to Chiang Mai

Fly from Chiang Mai to Mae Sot & Head to Umpang
  • Breakfast at Chiang Mai Hotel and Check out to proceed to the Airport and fly to Mae Sot (1 Hour flight).
  • Upon arrival, the driver will be waiting for you to head to Umphang in about 4 hours drive in a twisty mountain road that has over 1000 curves. Enjoy breathtaking landscapes along the way.
  • Upon your arrival at our lodging in Umphang, you can freshen up, enjoy a delicious dinner, and unwind in preparation for the commencement of the tour in the morning. We offer bicycles at your disposal, allowing you to explore the township and its environs at your leisure.

Rafting at Mae Klong Yai River & Thi Lo Su Waterfall
  • Commence the day with a breakfast and Meet your guide for a comprehensive briefing, signaling the initiation of your adventure.Embark on an exhilarating river expedition, navigating the Mae Klong Yai River on inflatable dinghies.
  • Pause for a midday meal and relish a soothing soak at a natural hot spring nestled beside the river. During the dry season, access the Thi Lor Su Waterfall via a 4-wheel-drive vehicle. In contrast, the wet season beckons a 2-3 hour trek to reach the captivating Thi Lor Su Waterfall. The program that will be applied will be depending on your traveling season.
  • Explore Thi Lor Su Waterfall, an awe-inspiring natural masterpiece concealed deep within the lush jungle. Enjoy a refreshing swim and take in the enchanting surroundings.
  • As nightfall descends around 18:30, your guide will craft a jungle feast. Should you have specific dietary requirements, please let us know, and we will gladly accommodate your needs.
  • Slumber under the stars in comfortable tents at the Thi Lor Su camping grounds, surrounded by the untamed beauty of nature.

Trekking - Karen Village - Kho Tha Waterfal
  • Start the day with a satisfying camp breakfast and prepare for an invigorating experience at the Thi Lor Su Waterfall. For those with a surplus of energy, an adventurous trek to the waterfall's summit, guided by our experts, is an option.
  • Embark on a captivating jungle trek lasting 3-4 hours, commencing at the Thi Lor Su Waterfall and culminating at the Kho Tha Karen village.
  • Take a moment to unwind in the village, where you have the opportunity to partake in a brief, optional expedition to the enchanting Kho Tha Waterfall, a hidden gem that remains largely unexplored but promises an experience of profound beauty.
  • Pay a visit to the village school and interact with the delightful children who call this remote corner of Thailand home.
  • Finish the day with a delicious dinner and settle in for the night, experiencing the authentic hospitality of a local family in a traditional wooden abode within the village.

Day 8: Trekking to Mae La Moong, Head to Mae Sot & Travel to Bangkok

  • Return to Umphang town to refresh with a rejuvenating shower at our guesthouse.
  • Bid farewell to our expert guide and commence your journey back to Mae Sot in a 4 hours drive
  • Fly domestically from Mae Sot to Bangkok
  • Arrive Bangkok, Pick up from the Airport and transfer to your Hotel for Check in.

Thai Massage and relax at the Hotel
  • After breakfast at your hotel, Pick up by our driver to proceed to one of the best Spa and wellness centers in Bangkok to enjoy a 1 hour of Thai Massage.

Free in the morning & Dinner cruise
  • Breakfast in the morning and relax at your hotel in the morning and afternoon.
  • In the evening, Enjoy a Dinner cruise at Manohra luxury rice barge, a beautifully restored antique boat with elegant teakwood interiors.
  • Dinner is served on board, featuring a set menu of Thai cuisine prepared by expert chefs. You can choose from a range of dishes including Tom Yum Kung (spicy shrimp soup), green curry with chicken, stir-fried vegetables, and steamed rice. Vegetarian and halal options are available upon request.
  • Enjoy the stunning views of Bangkok's skyline at night as the boat continues its cruise along the river. You can also enjoy live traditional Thai music played by local musicians.

Jim Thompson Museum and Chatuchak Market

Today, you will visit Jim Thompson Museum which showcases the fascinating life and collection of the American silk entrepreneur and art collector, Jim Thompson, within a beautifully preserved traditional Thai teakwood house.

Then, head to Chatuchak market, one of the world's largest weekend markets, offering an astonishing array of goods, from clothing and antiques to pets and exotic street food.

Bangkok temples and Canal Tour
  • 8:00 AM: Hotel pick-up in Bangkok
  • Visit Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha) and the Grand Palace

  • Lunch break at a local restaurant
  • Afternoon long-tail boat ride along Bangkok's canals
  • Visit Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn) along the Chao Phraya River
  • Return to the hotel by approximately 5:00 PM
