Phuket Sandbox Officially Approved

Phuket Sandbox Has finally been Officially Approved by The CESA (Center for Economic Situation Administration). The Plan was Submitted by the TAT (Tourism Authority of Thailand) to Open Phuket Province for International Tourism Only for Fully Vaccinated Tourists who have tested Negative Upon Arrival to Phuket.

The Phuket Sandbox Model has Some Rules and Guidelines. Among these rules is that the Tourist has to Spend at Least 7 Nights in Phuket before traveling to any other Province around the Country, and must Stay in a SHA Plus Hotel. This Model is Going to take Place From the 1st of July 2021, and its goal is to revive the Tourism industry in Phuket and Thailand after more than one year of Border Closure.

The Below Letter is Reaffirming that the above plan will take place as Scheduled and wont be Postponed.
